Inspired by Gospel values, SOCIETY OF ST. VINCENT de PAUL, a Catholic lay organization,
leads women and men to join together to grow spiritually by offering person-to-person services to the needy
and suffering in the tradition of its founder, Blessed Frederic Ozanam, and patron, St. Vincent de Paul.
A list of services of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul in the United States is endless.
No work of charity is foreign to the Society.
To quote our patron, St. Vincent de Paul: "Charity is infitely inventive."
This year's annual St. Vincent de Paul “Walk for the Poor” is scheduled for Saturday,
September 28th 2019. The walk will begin and end at Saint Susanna's parking area and will
cover a 2.25 mile loop around the Riverdale section of Dedham. Registration for the walk
will begin at 9:00 and the walk will start at 9:30.
Light refreshments will be served at the end of the walk.

There are envelopes with a “SVdP Walk”label attached at the rear of the church. You can
simply make a donation and drop the envelope into any of the collection baskets.
